Independent Escrow company licensed under the Department of
Corporation – Escrow Law – State of California.
While incorporating in 1979 and experiencing interest rates as
high as 21%, Complete Escrow Service Corporation continued to be
a very profitable, highly respected escrow company within the
community and industry. With over 31 years established, we take
pride in offering dependable and professional quality service in
a timely manner.
With the growing trend of housing sales – more and more Real
Estate offices/brokers have opened “In House Escrow Divisions”
or departments. While Real Estate brokers can only handle in
house sales, Complete Escrow Service continues to go out into
the communities and provides services to Real Estate offices,
For Sale by Owners and refinances from various lending
institutions.
Complete Escrow Service Corporation is proud of their longevity,

today’s Real Estate market, we continue to grow and provide

We have on staff an escrow officer that speaks fluent Spanish.
We also have available outside contractors that will TRAVEL (for
a fee) to sign Loan Documents and provide Notary services.
