Lupe is a State Certified Escrow Officer with over 25 years in the Real Estate and Escrow Industry. She has served on the Board of Directors for the San Gabriel Valley Escrow Association and has been actively involved since 1994. Lupe has substantial “people skills”. She volunteers her time and knowledge to further educate those involved in escrow and real estate. She specializes in residential resale escrow which includes: Traditional Resale, REO’s, Relocation, Short Sales, Purchase Money Transactions, Hard Money Loans and Refinances. Lupe is also fluent in Spanish, a Notary Public and loves working in her community.

Valerie Bradford began in escrow in 1981 – specializing in Tract Escrows, Refinances and Sale Escrows. Later on in her career she began working REO’s (Real Estate Owned Properties) and familiarizing herself with Reverse Mortgages. Val worked her way up the corporate ladder to Branch Manager of the Escrow department for a leading Title Company. Hiring – training and managing a staff of 25 employees was just a small part of her responsibilities.

Sandra began her career in Escrow in 1998 as a Receptionist for another Escrow Company out of the area. Sandra worked with her peers as an assistant processing Sale and Refinance Escrows. Although Sandra has learned many facets of the Escrow Industry – her true love is Escrow Receptionist.
